Shelling Coconuts

We have a lot of coconuts on our beautiful island so one night we did a complex coconut shelling. It was a lot of fun to take apart these little coconuts and then eat the end result. I'm normally not a big fan of coconuts but these were sooo good.

I made a quick trip back to good old Staten Island and fell in love with the city all over again. I love Staten Island. I love my friends there. I loved our apartment and seriously if it was up to me I probably would have chosen to just stay there forever. But I'm glad for good friends who welcome me back to reminisce about the good old days. Can you tell which one of us has been getting a little bit too much sun these days?

Magazine Beach

 There's this really AMAZING beach in Grenada called Magazine Beach and it has some of the best snorkeling on the island.

We had a picnic with some yummy snacks.

Probably one of the best beach days I've ever had. I love this island.
