About Our Family
- Sean,Patty, Merrick and Memphis Donovan
- Staten Island, NY
- I'm from San Jose, CA and Sean is from Carpinteria, CA. We met at institute while I was attending UCSB. We were married in June 2003 and had our first baby, Merrick Sean, in January, 2006 our second baby, Memphis Michael, on March 28th, 2008 and our third baby, Leia Anne on April 11, 2011. Sean graduated from UC Merced with a Bachelors in Human Biology in 2009 and is about to graduate from Wagner College in New York City with a Master's in Microbiology. This is such a dream come true for my little family, not only to be able to live in one of the greatest cities in the country but to further Sean's education and provide a better future for all of us. I don't know how long we get to stay here so believe me when I say we're going to live it up as much as we can. Welcome to our blog world.

Hey guys it's Laci Olmstead McCune!!! My mom told me about your new, fun adventure and I just had to let you know how excited I am for you!!! Congrats to Sean for following his dream and my advice to you is to ENJOY it!!!! Living in Dominica was extremely challenging, but my heart aches for those days when I see Sean in his white coat exactly like Brian wore!! Now we're all done with the maddness and living a boring, repetitive life :) Good luck with everything.....we have lots of friends that went to Grenada for Med School and you guys have it made compared to other foreign schools!! Good choice!! Can't wait to keep up with your adventure through your blog!
