The Beanie

As some of you know I've been trying to knit a beanie for Sean for sometime now and finally finished over the weekend only to find out that the pattern I was told to do by a friend was the one pattern that no grown adult male would ever wear in public. I was hysterically laughing as I was casting off because it clicked in my little brain what I was creating and I knew that Sean was going to be at a loss for words. We laughed together (for a long time) and then I put it aside (where it's still at to this day) until I can figure out how in the world I'm going to fix it.

Ha ha ha.... I wish I could tell you how to fix it. I actually did my hat on one of those loop things... so I didn't actually knit it. You still did a great job on it though.

It was so good to hear from you... even if it was just a comment on my blog. Yes, we are getting married in August! Still a long time away, but you can plan ahead. :o) I would LOVE it if you came. I will for sure let you know the date when I know... I will not have a ring on my finger until this summer, but I am going to try and give people a heads up before that happens so they have more time to plan. We are getting married in SLC.... so you guys should come! Lolly is going to come. More details to come in future months. :o) Love and miss you lots!

That is sooo funny! If it was green, it would be perfect as part of an elf costume! It's good practice anyway. I had to make my blog private last month and I sent you an invite, but it looks like you haven't received it yet or something. I just wanted to let you know, so you wouldn't think I'd forgotten to include you! Happy Knitting!
